We're not chasing perfect poses, we're creating safety. Each session is customized to meet you exactly where you are, honoring your body's history and needs with full care and intention.

No mirrors to perform for, no shape you have to force. The goal is a body that feels safe to be in.

The Science Behind the Movement

Based on Dr. Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing research, gentle, intentional movement helps complete interrupted defensive responses and discharge trapped survival energy.

 

Studies show somatic approaches are effective for PTSD, anxiety, and trauma recovery because they work with the body's own healing capacity instead of overriding it.
